  • Strategy days, board meetings, executive off-sites, planning sessions, workshops, co-working days and facilitated leadership experiences.

  • Ideal for groups of around 6 to 20 in boardroom or training-style setups, with flexible configurations for different sessions.

  • Gather isn’t a standard room hire. Every booking includes in-person hosting, flexible room setup, premium technology, unlimited tea and coffee, and a calm, light-filled space designed for focus and good conversation.

  • The space is 60 sqm, which as a standard set up has 4 tables and 20 seats, plus a 5 seater couch. An additional 20 seats will fit with a configuration of theatre style and can be hired if required.

  • Gather Bulimba is open for hire between 7am and 9pm.

  • Gather is open Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.

  • Whilst you have access to tea, coffee, crockery and cutlery, no other catering is included. The space has access to a full fridge, you are welcome to bring along any external catering and we can provide a list of preferred suppliers.

  • We have 3 dedicated parking spaces, plus 6 visitor spaces on the premises. There is also plenty of free on street parking on Karthina Street, as well as Michael Street.

  • Yes, we offer membership rates. Please contact us to discuss further.

  • We get that things change, we can retain your deposit or payment on file and move to your new date (as long as it’s available).

  • Absolutely! We want this event or function to be perfect for you. We will work with you to recommend suppliers and are happy for you to create the ideal space for your event or meeting.

  • A gender neutral toilet is available on the 1st floor of the building and an all access toilet and shower is available as a shared facility at the opposite end of the building complex.

  • Entrance to the ground floor is accessible from the car park, without having to access stairs. There is also access to an all access toilet at the end of the building.
